INTANK FILTER ASSEMBLY – Advanced Fuel Filtration for Automotive Fuel Pump Modules
The INTANK FILTER ASSEMBLY developed by HEV Co., Ltd. is a high-quality automotive fuel filtration component engineered for installation inside fuel tanks as part of an integrated fuel pump module. Designed for internal combustion engine (ICE) and hybrid vehicle applications, the assembly provides reliable fuel filtration, protects critical fuel system components, and contributes to stable engine performance and long-term vehicle durability.
The Intank Filter Assembly is designed to capture contaminants, dust particles, rust, and other impurities present in fuel before they enter the fuel pump and fuel injection system. By supplying cleaner fuel to the fuel delivery system, it helps reduce component wear, improves fuel system reliability, and supports consistent fuel flow under various driving conditions.
HEV manufactures the filter using an advanced Filter Media Bending Process, which maximizes the effective filtration surface within a compact package. This optimized media design increases dirt-holding capacity while maintaining excellent fuel flow characteristics, making it suitable for modern compact fuel pump modules.
The assembly is produced through a precision Heat Welding Process, securely bonding the filter media with the upper and lower caps to create a durable, leak-resistant structure. This manufacturing technology provides strong sealing performance and structural stability under demanding automotive operating conditions, including vibration, temperature variation, and continuous fuel circulation.
