4. Automatic Operation Sequence

Step 1. Pallet Infeed

The palletized product enters the top sheet application station through the conveyor.

Step 2. Pallet Detection

Sensors detect the pallet and confirm its position.

Step 3. Product Size Detection

The system identifies the required sheet size according to the product or preset recipe.

Step 4. Sheet Feeding

The top sheet is automatically supplied from the sheet roll or magazine.

Step 5. Sheet Cutting
