1. Turn the tension adjustment knob to lower the upper wheel.
2. Open the rear cover and install the appropriate saw blade.
3. Close the cover and turn the tension adjustment knob to set the appropriate tension.
4. Turn the main switch to the right to turn on the power.
5. Wait until the screen loads, then click the company name.
6. Check if the feed unit on the fork box establishes the origin.
7. Set the desired meat thickness.
8. Press the run switch to operate the saw blade.
9. Place the meat on the fork box and press the fork button to secure it. (Check that it is securely fixed.)
10. Once the fork is secured and the saw blade speed reaches its maximum, the run switch will blink. At that moment, press the run switch to operate the machine.
11. The machine will start when the meat detects the front plate.
12. Wait until the operation is finished and the fork returns to the origin.
13. Repeat steps 9 through 12.
