Neo Sensor Coating Features
The Neo Sensor is a specialized coating based on PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene), a material known for its excellent chemical resistance, heat resistance, and durability. It is combined with a metal-oxide binder that provides outstanding antibacterial properties, abrasion resistance, high-temperature oxidation resistance, and deodorizing performance through thermal radiation.
When heated, the coating changes color and acts as a temperature indicator, helping users identify the ideal cooking temperature and achieve better cooking results with ease.
Temperature Response
* Pattern disappears: 180°C–200°C
* Pattern reappears (reverse color change): Above 340°C
* (Measured using an infrared thermometer, BLACK PR standard)
Handling and Storage Precautions
* Proper coating thickness should be maintained, and quality control procedures should be followed to ensure consistent performance.
* The recommended storage life is approximately 5 months. Store between 5°C and 40°C, as temperatures outside this range may affect the coating quality.
* Stir thoroughly before use and filter the coating material prior to application.
(Please note that the coating may agglomerate during high-speed mixing.)
