These specifications make the AT-3TP series suitable for clean water systems, general fluid distribution, and non-corrosive media applications.
The actuator uses a 3-wire DC power connection:
Red: DC 12V/24V (+)
Black: DC 0V (–)
White: Switch signal
Operation Logic:
Switch ON → Valve Opens
Switch OFF → Valve Closes
This control structure allows easy integration with switches, relays, or PLC systems.
Valve position can be visually confirmed by the direction of the handle:
Valve Open: The handle aligns with the piping direction.
Valve Closed: The handle is perpendicular to the piping direction.
This mechanical indication provides intuitive and immediate confirmation of valve status.
For emergency or maintenance situations, manual override is available:
Press the manual button.
Turn the manual handle simultaneously to open or close the valve.
This ensures safe manual operation without damaging internal components.
Install the actuator vertically onto a valve already secured in the piping line.
Follow the electrical wiring diagram and connect correctly.
When configuring with a Valcon control system, refer to compatible control modules (not applicable for DC24V control references).
Install a power switch or disconnecting device for emergency shut-off.
Use an overcurrent protection device to protect the circuit.
Do not submerge the actuator in water. Submersion may cause malfunction or electric shock.
Avoid mechanical impact and exposure to fire or explosion hazards.
Do not operate the actuator in the opposite direction before the previous operation is completed, as this may shorten service life.
Insulate unused wires to prevent short circuits.
