The VALCON AC220-20C is a high-performance electric actuator designed for reliable quarter-turn valve automation in industrial and commercial fluid control systems. Engineered for durability, stable torque output, and user-friendly operation, this model is suitable for integration with 32A to 50A ball valves and butterfly valves, providing precise ON/OFF control for various liquid and gas applications.

With a power consumption of approximately 28W during operation and only 5W in standby mode, the AC220-20C is energy-efficient while maintaining operational readiness.

Its mechanical life expectancy reaches approximately 40,000 cycles, depending on usage environment and operating conditions, ensuring long-term reliability in automation systems.

The actuator is designed for indoor environments without condensation, operating within a temperature range of -15°C to 50°C (35–85% RH).The valve operating temperature range varies depending on valve type, supporting up to 120°C for ball valves and 90°C for butterfly valves, with a maximum operating pressure of 10 kgf/cm² (142 PSI).

For enhanced usability, the AC220-20C features:
