PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

HEV’s Stator Assembly for Electric Water Pumps (EWP) and Electric Oil Pumps (EOP) is a precision-engineered motor component designed to provide efficient, stable, and reliable electromagnetic performance in automotive thermal management systems. As the stationary core of the electric motor, the stator assembly generates the magnetic field required to rotate the rotor, enabling the pump to circulate coolant or oil efficiently. EWP systems are used for cooling engines, batteries, inverters, and other electric components, while EOP systems support lubrication and thermal management of motors, transmissions, and drive units.

HEV’s Stator Assembly is manufactured using high-quality electrical steel laminations, copper windings, insulation materials, and precision-engineered components.
